Jeffrey J. Felixbrod, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA
Dr. Jeffrey J. Felixbrod, the Founder and Director of our practice, has been providing evidence-based, compassionate care to children, adolescents
, and adults for more than thirty years. Dr. Jeff (as he is informally known) has extensive experience helping people with a wide range
of issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship problems, as well as ADHD and oppositional behavior in children.
Dr. Jeff also has a special interest in helping adults with ADHD and high-functioning autism.
One of Dr. Jeff's most important professional goals has been to provide Life Skills Behavioral Therapy services to teach children and adults the behavioral skills
needed for success in life. Life skills include social and interpersonal skills, as well as behavioral and emotional self-management skills.
Dr. Jeff is a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Behavior Analyst, and doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He is a member of the
American Psychological Association, and his research is cited in textbooks in the fields of Behavior Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis.
Sheila Chiffriller, Ph.D.
Dr. Sheila Chiffriller is a Licensed Psychologist and Professor at Pace University. She works with children and adults of all ages,
providing therapy for a wide range of problems, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, stress, anger, and parenting
issues. Her approach to therapy is successful with people who are diverse in race, gender, ethnicity, socioeconomic status,
religion, sexual orientation, physical ability, and life circumstances.
While working as a professor at Pace University, Dr. Chiffriller conducts research on circumstances associated with happiness,
understanding and preventing violence, and the mental well-being of adolescents. Her community service has included facilitating
workshops for parents and children that raise their awareness and help them find strategies for communicating compassionately.
Dr. Chiffriller earned her Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Fordham University.
Chris Schulman, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Chris Schulman is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst. He has extensive experiencing helping children
and adolescents with severe and challenging behavior. Chris has expertise in the management of crisis level behavior by
applying appropriate strategies to successfully de-escalate the situation. He provides services in schools, homes, and
community settings.
Although Chris provides compassionate care to people with a wide variety of behavioral issues, he is especially passionate
about helping children and adults with autism. By providing neuro-affirming care, Chris focuses on an individual's strengths and
needs, and create environments in which they can thrive. Chris earned his degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Hofstra
University.

Michele Galante, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Michele is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She has extensive experience helping children,
adolescents, and adults with a wide range of diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, oppositional defiant
disorder, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, Tourette's syndrome, and traumatic brain injury.
Michele has provided behavior analytic services in a variety of settings, including schools, homes, and community
environments. Her extraordinary commitment to evidence-based treatments and compassionate individualized care improves
the quality of life of the individuals and families she serves. Michele earned her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
from Queens College.
